February Health Challenge With Yvette



Every month I like to set a fitness challenge to keep myself physically and mentally fit. For the month of February, I wanted to extend the challenge to anyone wanting to begin a daily fitness routine or fitness goal you want to achieve.


The “February Fitness Challenge” is to complete 30 minutes of exercise or movement every day for all 28 days in February. You do not have to complete 30 minutes all in one sitting. The time can be split up throughout the day. The 30 minutes can be walking, running, cycling, or a strength workout.


I have included a calendar for you to log your daily minutes and keep track of your daily progress. If you’d like to print out the calendar or download it to your phone or computer please feel free to do so.


Want to add a little “Extra Spice” to the daily fitness challenge? Add the “February 300 Challenge” to your existing monthly challenge of daily exercise.


On top of the 30 minutes of daily exercise or movement, you will complete 100 mountain climbers, 100 sit-ups, and 100 dips. Again, these can be broken up throughout the day, not needing to be done all at one time. You can also log the add-on challenge to your calendar to keep track of your progress.
