Carrot Patch Brownies

Ingredients

Produce • 15 Strawberries, large Baking & Spices • 1 box Brownie mix

• 1 tub of Chocolate frosting

• 1 Food coloring, Orange

• 1 1/2 cups White chocolate chips Oils & Vinegars

• 1 tbsp Coconut oil

• 1 Cooking spray Toppings • 18 Oreos, crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)

• 1 Robin eggs candies

Supplies

- Parchment paper or drying rack

- Wooden skewer for dipping strawberries

Instructions

-Bake boxed brownies according to directions

-Frost the brownies after cooling

-Cover the top of the frosted brownies with crushed Oreos

-In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips

-Add coconut oil to melted white chocolate and mix

-Add orange food coloring to white chocolate and mix

-Use a skewer stick to dip strawberries one at a time in the orange chocolate mix then place them on a drying rack or parchment paper to dry

-Once dry, place them on the bed of crushed oreo brownies in rows- like a carrot patch would appear
