You may be headed for the Texas coastline this summer. But, before you do, make sure you have these must-haves before you go.
All-Terrain Beach Wagon
Walk to the beach with ease instead of juggling multiple bags, toys, snacks, chairs, and umbrellas.
2. Large Mesh Tote Bag
It airs out easily, making it ideal for throwing wet items in at the end of the day, and water and sand won't get trapped in it.
3. Beach Sand Toy Sets
Depending on the age of the kiddos, this could be as simple as buckets, rakes, and shovels to make sandcastles, or for the older kids, frisbees, water footballs, and volleyball. You can go as simple or extravagant on these, but just remember the ocean is the best and biggest toy of all.
4. Microfiber Towels
They fold down compact, are ultra-lightweight, quick-drying and sand doesn't stick to them.
5. Distilled White Vinegar
Vinegar helps take the sting and burning out of a jellyfish sting and potentially keeps you from having a truly miserable kid, or adult.
6. Sunhats, Sunglasses, and Sunscreen
Protection from the sun, especially on the beach, is crucial. Large brimmed hats have the most coverage. Make sure to invest in a CHEAP pair of sunglasses for beach time. And, don't forget the sunscreen.
